Week #71 - Indiranagar - "I'm Mr. Green Christmas..."

"...I'm Mr. Sun!"
Definitely gonna be another green Christmas for me this year. Although sounds like it's not altogether white back home either! But I don't think I would sweat if I stepped outside there so therein lies the difference.

Well we had some fun here yesterday going caroling! The ward arranged a big van to travel around to homes and carol, it was really fun but I can't think of a time where I have been stuffed with more cake and cookies. I was starting to understand how Santa must feel..

Haha well we had few good lessons with Joshua this week. Seriously this kid is incredibly insightful and really grasps the lessons we teach. We just have to make sure his Mom and little sister keep up with him haha. He loves reading the Book of Mormon storybook and then when we are gone he tries to read the chapters in the Book of Mormon. He reads the English one and I think it probably has a lot of words he can't understand but he is really trying hard and that is awesome.

On Saturday we had a Stake Christmas party which was fun. I got to see a bunch of members from the Ramamurthy Nagar ward where I served at the beginning of this year. Turns out a few of the people I had been teaching there ended up being baptized! The Babu family that I was teaching but I was never sure would join did! The father, mother and youngest son all got baptized and next month the older son and daughter are going to be taking baptism! Its nice to see seeds that you helped plant take root.

Merry Christmas to you all and a happy new year!
